God of Cookery (1996)
Stephen Chow’s comic portrayal of an arrogant celebrity chef betrayed by his colleagues then helped by a feisty street vendor (Karen Mok). (Short: from A Chinatown Banquet.) 9/15/2006.

Drunken Tai Chi (1984)
An early comedy directed by famed choreographer Yuen Wo-ping (the Matrix films, Kill Bill), starring Donnie Yen as a spoiled rich kid forced to take refuge with a zany puppeteer. (Short: Boston Dragon Boat Festival; Sword and Ribbon, Master Bow Sim Mark; Students of Master Bow Sim Mark–live performance.) 9/16/2006.

Once Upon a Time in China II (1992)
Tsui Hark’s version of the legendary martial artist and Chinese patriot Wong Fei-hung is played by Jet Li. Set in the era of the Boxer Rebellion. (Short: The Incredibly Strange Film Show: Tsui Hark.) 9/16/2006.
